Indications: Bij directe type (IgE gemedieerde) en ernstige uitgestelde* (niet IgE gemedieerde) penicilline allergie

Priority: 1st choice alternative	Medication: vancomycine iv 1250mg 2dd 1 day	Remarks: 1 gift vancomycine tot 2 uur voorafgaand aan de huidincisie. Tweede gift 12 uur na eerste gift.

Indications: Gewrichtsprothesen en implantaten wervelkolom, MRSA dragerschap
Priority	Medication	Remarks
	Medication: vancomycine iv 1250mg 2dd 1 day	Remarks: Indicatie voor pre-operatief eradicatie MRSA dragerschap 1 gift vancomycine tot 2 uur voorafgaand aan de huidincisie. Tweede gift 12 uur na eerste gift.
