Bij bekende kolonisatie met pseudomonas antibiotica starten / aanpassen op geleide recente kweekuitslagen en antibiogram.
Verwekker Pseudomonas spp. en bewezen ciprofloxacine gevoelig: Indien keuze antibioticum ciprofloxacine dan behandeling met hoge dosering ciprofloxacine (2 dd 750 mg per os of 3 dd 400 mg iv)
